Deposits and Booking
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your treatment. bookings are managed through Timely and you’ll receive automatic reminders via SMS and email. Cancellations and no-shows with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will result in a lost deposit.
Need to Reschedule?
Give us at least 48 hours notice to transfer your deposit. Future bookings may require full pre-payment if an appointment is missed.
Running late?
If you’re running late we’ll do our best to fit you in, but your treatment may be shortened. If rescheduling is needed the deposit may still be forfeited.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule through Timely or contact us directly - Just make sure it’s outside the 48 hour window to keep your deposit.
